I really want to go swing on a swingset, as it's been a while. But I don't know if my wrists will let me. Nor do I know of any which are adult-friendly nearby. This is an interesting problem. Want swingingness!

It has been theorized that perplexing me and/or breaking my brain is a skill which many of my friends derive great glee in honing. This, I can see. It was _also_ theorized that it is a class, which I have more trouble believing.

There is sun, but there is nowhere that I can go sit and read which still _gets_ sun. This is sad.

But now? There will be food. And reading. And it will be good.

places with swingsets:

- menotomy rocks park (arlington)
- skyline playground? um, i don't know what it's called currently, it used to be robbin's farm park, or something like that, and i will probably be able to find it via google. i hope. (arlington)
- bishop school, often seen on the way to psinging (at least the way i go). i don't know how adult-friendly it is, but it not only has regular swings, it has these tire swings in varying heights which can go back and forth *and* in circles *and* and *and*...i remember these *very* fondly from when i was going to kindergarten/first grade there.
- arlington reservoir, i believe, has a playground.
- davis square, near the bike path, kinda. i can show you where it is but can't for the life of me figure out how to describe where it is.

hmmm. can't remember others explicitly, but i do know there are others!

Hmm... none of these are easy walking distance, but they _are_ near Psinging. So I consider to see how tired I am post-Psinging. :)

It is a class called Your Sphere Of Input.  Classrooms include your journal, your immediate physical surroundings, IM, and inside your actual physical skull.

*blink* Class of a character class type for gaming, but now I'm fascinated by there being _CLASSROOMS_!

Dude.

We have swings next door. I think some will support adults...I should go check. [livejournal.com profile] galaneia seems quite fond of swings as well.

You weren't supposed to find the class notes. Who left the wiki unpassword protected?!

Too bad you don't have access to your roof.

Swings: Yay! I think I knew this. Still not sure if my wrists will _let_ me, however.

class notes: Ok, seriously, I was talking about a character class, and not a classroom, but y'all with the classroom responses are amusing the hell out of me! (who teaches it? ;)

roof: Yeah... but it's kinda slanty. I'd probably not be happy trying to be up there.

As per [livejournal.com profile] ratatosk's "Be careful which behaviors you are accidentally reinforcing" comments? :)

Would a porch swing satisfy your swinging needs? You shouldn't need to use your wrist so much and they're designed to not break when used by adults.
