Funny. Parents from Wisconsin, born in PA, grew up in New Hampshire. And I suspect some of that is the result of me changing how I say some words because I think they shouldn't sound the same. And I don't _want_ to know what sort of effect talking to
australian_joe regularly is having on my accent (especially after I spent a month in AU).
